Hello and Welcome
I would like to introduce myself to you. I’m Nicholas Brandon and I run one of the best-established Alexander Technique studios in West London.

The Alexander Technique is approved by the NHS
The principle of this method is educational. The Alexander technique examines your life style to see how it impacts on the pain or discomfort you experience from the point of view of your overall posture and coordination and your everyday movements.

Alexander Technique can improve all aspects of your well being, it goes to the source of your problem, correcting and improving your breathing, coordination, your core strength and posture. The NHS has concluded its clinical trial with is recommendation in the British Medical Journal as improving chronic back pain conditions.
(See The British Medical Journal, August 2008).

The Alexander technique helps with back pain, breathing, public speaking, repetitive strain injury, coordination and mechanical problems, to name a few. However you don’t need to have a problem to benefit! It is also known to develop mastery in voice, presentation, creative thinking, sports and industry.

Location
Nicholas’s Alexander Studio is located in the heart of leafy Notting Hill and can be reached by tube (Central, District and Circle lines, Hammersmith and City Lines) and bus, (52, 94) and there is plenty of on-street parking. His studio offers a relaxed, calm environment in which to benefit from the Alexander sessions.

Victoria Beckham Alexander Technique

The designer is said to be concerned that she has rounded shoulders, after years of holding herself incorrectly in high heels and turned to the Alexander Technique, a discipline that focuses on strengthening the body and its core muscles.
